Course “Fire training 1.0”

“Trench Combat”

This course is designed to prepare recruits for combat in trenches and trenches. The main goal is to teach quick and effective use of the AR-15 in difficult close combat conditions, practice proper movement, shooting from different positions and interaction with cover.

Combat Mission Scenario

The recruit takes up a position in the trench and is ordered to repel an enemy attack.
The task is to destroy targets simulating an enemy attacking from different directions.

Stages of the exercise

1️Start in a low trench (sitting or lying down)

• Weapon in the “on the belt” or “ready 2” position.
• On the command “Contact!” the fighter immediately goes into a combat stance.

2️Fire at targets (3-5 targets at different distances)

• Shooting from behind cover (semi-hidden targets).
• Moving within the trench with the correct exits.
• Changing positions (standing – kneeling – lying) to increase mobility.

3️Simulating a malfunction or changing the magazine

• The instructor gives the command “Misfire!”, forcing the recruit to react quickly.
• Practicing accelerated reloading with an empty magazine.

4️Control shot and movement

• Completion of the exercise with a control shot at the “threatening target”.
• Retreat to a safe zone or move to a new position.

Additional complications

🔥 Limited visibility – use of smoke bombs to simulate combat chaos.
💥 Stress factor – imitation of artillery shelling and sound effects.
🔄 Dynamics of combat – rolling into a neighboring trench and firing from a new position.
